How to order
Everything is baked to order, so a little notice goes a long way.
Lead times
These are the minimums. During holidays, assume longer.
- Cookies — 3 days
- Sweets and cups — 4 days
- Menu cakes — 1 week
- Custom cakes — 2 weeks
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is in the Chicago south and west suburbs. The exact address is sent with your order confirmation, not published here. Local delivery can be arranged, just ask.
Baked goods are not shipped. Fresh food and the mail do not mix, and cottage food rules limit it besides.
Paying
Card payment through secure checkout is being set up now. Until it is live, Sha takes cash, Cash App and Zelle.
Allergies
Everything is baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts. Cross contact is possible. If an allergy is serious, please ask before ordering.
Changes and cancellations
Ingredients get bought ahead, so changes need as much notice as possible. Custom cake deposits hold your date and are not refundable once the date is booked.
